A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required in order to secure your reservation.
You’ll have the opportunity to add the Vietnam extension during your Discover Bali registration and checkout. Guests who have already reserved their Bali retreat may add the extension later, subject to availability.
Yes! If space is still available, you can add the Vietnam extension after you’ve registered for Discover Bali. Simply let us know you’d like to join us, and we’ll send you a direct booking link. Because space is limited, we recommend reserving your spot as early as possible.
Yes. Guests who reserve during our Early Booking period from June 15 through August 1 will also receive a $250 savings along with an additional complimentary spa service at our Retreat Home.
Yes. Following the initial non-refundable $750 deposit, the remaining retreat balance will be divided into three scheduled installment payments due on October 15, 2026, December 31, 2026, and April 1, 2027.
Whether participating in the scheduled installment plan or choosing to pay in full, all remaining retreat balances must be paid no later than April 1, 2027.
Because retreat planning, accommodations, transportation, staffing, and reservations are secured well in advance, the initial $750 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Additional payments made beyond the initial deposit may be transferable or refundable only if the canceled space can be filled by another confirmed guest. While we will always make reasonable efforts to assist in filling canceled spaces whenever possible, replacement cannot be guaranteed.
For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is required for all guests and should include coverage for cancellations, travel interruptions, delays, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
In the unlikely event Discover Bali must cancel or significantly modify the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests will be notified as soon as possible and any recoverable retreat payments will be addressed accordingly. Airfare, travel insurance, and other independently booked travel expenses remain the responsibility of the guest.
