Join me for a deeply personal and transformative 90-minute Master Class, where you’ll not only explore the true meaning of happiness but also embark on a journey to reconnect with your most authentic self.
Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to find happiness and joy—not in the external world, but within ourselves.
For years, I believed happiness would come from success, material things, and approval from others. It wasn’t until I started my own journey inward that I realized happiness doesn’t live in the next achievement or possession—it’s something we cultivate from within. And I want to share this journey with you.
In this class, we’ll peel back the layers of societal expectations and personal beliefs to uncover the real sources of contentment and fulfillment. Through thoughtful discussions, a journey to your deepest desires, gentle yoga asana, and guided meditation, you will work toward a new understanding of what it means to be happy—on your terms.
What You’ll Experience:
Engaging Discussion:
We’ll dive deep into the myths about happiness that we’ve all been told and reflect on how those have shaped our lives.
Core Clarity Exercise:
In this guided reflection, you’ll dive beneath the surface of your external goals and desires to uncover the deeper motivations driving you. This will help you gain clarity on what truly fulfills you, allowing you to shift your focus from chasing validation to cultivating inner peace and contentment.
Gentle Yoga Asana:
You will be guided through a soothing, grounding flow to help you prepare both your body and mind for deeper reflection.
Guided Meditation:
We’ll end the class with a meditation designed to integrate your new insights and leave you feeling peaceful and empowered.
Let’s redefine happiness together and discover where true joy resides. We can’t wait to see you there!

Celebrated Spring Solstice!
Spring inspires us to take chances and follow our hearts. The Spring Equinox represents rebirth and growth.
Practicing sun salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, mind, and universe. This practice is powerful when nature is undergoing a change; it inspires a desire to start once again, fresh and renewed.
In yogic tradition, 108 is a sacred number. Here are a few of the many examples:
108 Upanishads (Hindu spiritual texts)
108 sacred/marma points on the body
108 beads on a mala
The distance between the sun and the earth is 108 times the sun’s diameter
Iris and Julie have carefully designed a 2 hour practice of 108 sun salutations. It is organized in sections, and no two consecutive sections will include chaturangas. In other words, a less intense sequence will follow a more challenging one. There is zero pressure to complete every salute! Water and child’s pose is encouraged. This will be a joyful celebration to welcome Spring, and to connect with one another while sending energy of love into the universe.
“With this truth bearing light will begin a new life. Old unwanted impressions are discarded and we are protected from the damaging effects of new experiences.”
― Patañjali, The Yoga Sutras of Patañjali
When we practice the Yamas and Niyamas, we rid ourselves of old attachments and fears. We arm ourselves with tools and directives that support the growth of inner spirit and strength by applying this simple, ancient wisdom.
I’m smiling as I describe the Yamas and Niyamas as “simple,”because to learn about them is not complex at all. On the surface, the concepts are straightforward: be kind, be honest, and be self-aware to name a few. Beyond the surface are many facets of these concepts and an infinite number of ways they can be used as tools to help us reduce suffering. To embrace these ideals and live them daily requires a deeper understanding of the spirit contained within the guidelines.
Please join me as we learn about the Yamas and Niyamas, the ten tenets of yoga’s ethical practice. We will discuss the meaning of each, and learn how we can personally apply the concepts so that we may live more peaceful lives.
Please join Iris Haftlang ECYT-200, CYT-500 and Leanne Schulz ERYT-200, ERYT-500 for 90 minutes of flow, core focus, balance technique, safety, overcoming fear, transitioning in and out of crow pose and playful variations. This is an all-level workshop. We will be teaching fundamentals of flying as well as intermediate techniques and postures.
What we will cover:
What does it mean to raise your vibe?
It means to rise above negativity and sadness by understanding that there are lessons and love in everything we experience. Unwavering compassion and sincere curiosity help us cope with challenges, and are the foundation of an abundant, peaceful existence.
Join us as we lift our bodies, our spirits and our vibe!

Isvara Pranidhana: Surrender Flow to Find Peave
Ego tells us that we have control over the events, the circumstances, even the people in our lives. The practice of Isvara Pranidhana teaches us that we have influence over these things, but can never truly control them.
So if we can’t control the things and people around of us, how can we move peacefully and confidently through life? By understanding that we have power over one thing and one thing only…ourselves.
Join me on the path to peace as we explore Isvara Pranidhana, the practice of surrendering to Universal Will. Get comfortable with the idea of letting go of the things in your life that aren’t working for you, and accepting the things that you cannot change.
Things to bring: Yoga mat, water, open mind 💗
Things to leave behind: Stress & attachments 😉
