San Miguel Retreat 2026 FAQ

Please book your flight to Querétaro International Airport (QRO) — it’s the closest and most convenient airport to our retreat property.

Yes! A complimentary group shuttle will depart from QRO no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the first day of the retreat. Please schedule your flight to arrive by 11:00 AM to allow time for baggage claim and customs.

If you arrive later than this or on a different day, we’ll gladly help arrange private transportation at an additional cost.

The return shuttle to QRO is also included. It will depart the property on the final day to ensure arrival at the airport by 9:30am. Please book your return flight to depart after 11am to allow ample time for check-in and security. We can assist with booking private transportation for you if your flight does not coordinate with the shuttle schedule - additional fees may apply.

Absolutely. All activities and excursions are optional, though the retreat price remains the same even if you choose extra downtime.

Yes! On-property massage appointments are available. Let us know in advance if you’d like one, and we’ll schedule it for you.

Yes—daily chef-prepared meals, wine, and beverages (as noted) are all included.

Yes, each suite receives daily housekeeping service to keep your space refreshed and comfortable.

Yes, all participants will complete a standard retreat waiver and release form prior to arrival. This ensures everyone’s safety and understanding of the retreat terms.
