• Balance Due: Paid in full by January 31, 2026

• Early Bird Special (paid in full by November 30, 2025):

• Double occupancy: $2,000 per person

• Single occupancy: $3,500

• Standard Pricing (after November 30, 2025):

• Double occupancy: $2,250 per person

• Single occupancy: $4,000

📜 Cancellation Policy

• Your $500 deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations before January 1, 2026: all payments (minus deposit) will be refunded.

• Cancellations after January 1, 2026: payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another participant subject to retreat leader approval.

• If the retreat is canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full (including deposit).
